高分辨率光束位置測量設備，具有亞微米分辨率。系統zui高可以同時測量3個光斑，連續和脈沖激光都可以。光譜響應范圍寬，從深紫外，可見，到1550nm。高精度測量——誤差小于5um。便攜式（USB視頻設備，PCI卡可選），通過RS232數據導出到電腦，數據記錄和詳細分析，ActiveX控制集成到用戶軟件中。可在Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 32 &64 bits操作
