超導納米線探測器
產品介紹：
超導納米線單光子探測器（SNSPD）利用超導材料對紅外光子的響應，產生輸出電壓脈沖的特點，進行紅外弱光信號的探測。響應波段覆蓋780nm至1600nm，具有高的探測效率和很低的暗噪聲。IDQ提供的超導納米線單光子探測器系統包括控制電子學，制冷單元及相關軟件，提供“Turnkey”整體解決方案，可在量子光學、量子計算、激光雷達和激光通信等領域中應用。
